Happy new year! 💫

What a ride that was! I’ve met so many amazing people, done some wonderful things and also got through some challenging times. I’m extremely grateful that I had all of you by my side as I navigated it.

Did you reflect? How was 2023 for you? What would you do more of and what would you like to let go of?

My aim for 2024 is more of the good and less of the energy draining stuff. My intentions are to invite the things and people into my life that bring joy and recharge me, that teach me new things, encourage growth and positive energy.

My passion is to help more women on their journey; to provide the safe space for you to grow and achieve the life you truly align to and deserve.

If you’re ready for a new start and to take on the new year with what really matters to you then I’ll be there for you to guide you through. You’ve got all the answers you need and I can help you to see how amazing you are. Women supporting women is such a powerful energy.

Start 2024 with more belief in yourself, more love, more self-compassion and more of doing what will take you to a place you want to be.

💫 Subscribe to download your FREE 22 day manifestation guide https://www.pausefully.co.uk 💫

It’s my second sober New Year’s Eve so I will be raising a soft drink to celebrate you all and wish you all the happiness and blessings that you wish for.

I’ve tagged some people I’d like to thank for their continuous kindness and support in 2023 - please tag your friends below for whom you’d like to give gratitude to 🙏🏽💫

Connecting. Growing Together. Growing A Strong Community. Supporting And Championing Each Other. Working Together. Learning Together And From Each Other. Having A Laugh. Enjoying Cake!

All the things that happened yesterday at @greenwichconnect 3rd Birthday Event in fabulous Greenwich.

It was so lovely to meet new and old acquaintances. I came away with a new spring in my step. Ready for the day and month ahead.

I can’t wait to return next month and find out how everyone is doing and connect and learn more.

Happy Birthday Greenwich Connect. You did good and you’ve created a fab ever growing community full of very talented business owners.

A huge Shoutout to Lorraine, Nikky, Paul and Warren for creating something really rather special in the Royal Borough Of Greenwich. You should be really proud.

See you on the 5th April.

Oh and I’ve tagged a lot of the businesses in the reel so go have a look ⬆️. If I’ve missed anyone apologies. Please do let me know and say hi 👋🏼

Happy Connecting

Love Sophie 💗
