I’ve spent the last eight months in Mexico enjoying something I didn’t realize I needed so badly: quiet.

Less noise. Less urgency. Less feeling like I have to do any of this. lol.

Then I spent six weeks back in LA. 🤍

I laughed harder than I have in a long time. Saw friends and fam I love. Had conversations that stretched for hours. Remembered old versions of myself and met new ones too. 💕✨

The trip reminded me that peace isn’t isolation and connection doesn’t have to be chaotic.

I don’t think I’m choosing one life over the other. I’m just learning how to keep both. So I can be all versions of my self not just the curated one. 🫶🏽✨💐
