Please help us support Huskies by donating to the LAC Engagement Scholarship. We have until Oct. 15th to meet our goal. Use the QR code or https://bit.ly/LACScholarship NIU Student Organization Alumni Shoutout - NIU Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc. | Alumna, Jennifer Mora, Graduation year: 2005, Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, Emphasis in Translation and Business Spanish “Scholarships are so important especially because as first generation students many of us would not have been or are not able to attend college without them. Scholarships are the reason many students are able to attend college if they cannot access loans or get financial aid.” Jennifer shared that she “became a member of ΣΛΓ here at NIU in the Fall of 2002, I am a member of our graduate chapter-Alpha Alpha Gamma, and I also serve as the Operations advisor for the Enchanting Eta chapter of ΣΛΓ here at NIU. Giving back to my fellow Huskies is important because this community shaped who I am and I owe a part of my success to the people I met here and the education I received. Giving back allows me to give someone the opportunity I was once given.”

🚨Meet The Judges🚨 We are SO excited to announce our three amazing guest judges! Each of them brings their own unique experience, passion, and perspective, and we couldn’t be more excited to have them join us! They are all incredible representatives who truly understand what it means to proudly represent their organizations. Help us give a warm welcome to our amazing guest judges! 💗 ✨ Meet Tiffany Martinez-Burns ✨ Our very own Beta Upsilon alumna, Tiffany was initiated with the Basilia Beta Klass in Spring 2018. 💗 As a proud member of Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc., she knows firsthand what it means to represent your organization with confidence, pride, and passion. With her experience and connection to our sisterhood, we know she has exactly what it takes to judge this competition! ✨ Meet Jocelyn Campos Diaz ✨ Jocelyn is an alumna of the Enchanting Eta Chapter of Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc. 💜 She has truly shown what it means to take the stage and perform with confidence, energy, and presence. As a former Director of Tumbao Latin Dance Team at NIU and a former Miss Cultural winner, Jocelyn knows what it takes to captivate an audience and command the stage. We knew she would be the perfect person to have on out judging panel! ✨ ✨ Meet Cameron Lovett ✨ Cameron is an alumnus of the Deadly Iota Delta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. 💜 We wanted someone who knows how to stand out in the best way possible through pride and confidence. He has a natural ability to command attention whenever he represents his organization, and we know he’ll be bringing that same energy and perspective to the judging table.
