Surprise! I’m running the Chicago Marathon tomorrow! 🏃‍♀️💙

Today started the best way, with a morning shakeout alongside my coach Rochelle, my GRC friends, and the Team RMR athletes. We logged easy miles along the lakefront, had a couple of elite marathoner sightings, and finished with coffee and pastries with friends. The perfect pre-race morning! ☕🥐

I’ll be honest: I’m going into this one a little underprepared. Marathon-specific training has been pretty light beyond a handful of double-digit runs, and the forecast is trending warmer than I’d like. But I’m genuinely excited to be here, and I’m planning on a day of fun.

Getting into the majors gets harder every year, and I’m so grateful to be here with a time qualifier. To everyone who wanted to be on this start line and couldn’t, whether it’s the lottery, the standards, or the cost, I see you and I don’t take this for granted.

I’m letting these crowds carry me all 26.2 tomorrow. See you at the finish! 🙌

@getrunningcoaching Camp Year 3. ❤️🏔️

It’s funny how running can bring people into your life that you never would have met otherwise. Three summers ago, we showed up because we all loved to run and shared the same running coach. Now, these are the people I call friends and genuinely look forward to seeing every year.

Some of my favorite memories from this trip had nothing to do with running at all. (Although the mountain miles weren’t too bad either. 😉)

Year 3 is officially in the books, and my cup is so full. Grateful for this tradition, these friendships, and @run.kiwi @neelysgracey @bridgetmruns for bringing us all together. Here’s to making even more memories next summer. 💙

A weekend of complete and total fun! 💙

Friday kicked off working with the best crew at the @athleticannex expo — loved seeing so many friends, athletes, and out-of-town runners! Then it was pizza + braids with the @getrunningcoaching crew who came into town for the weekend! 🍕✨

Race morning = pure JOY. Met up with Team RMR runners and party paced the half with Jess & Laney (and all the glitter!). So thankful to be back running after some time off this fall. Indy showed up BIG on the course! 🙌

So proud of all the Team RMR athletes who toed the line this weekend — from first-time marathoners to seasoned racers, everyone showed up and crushed it! 🏅💪 Whether it was 13.1 or 26.2, your hard work and heart showed every step of the way. I loved being a part of your journey! 💜

Capped off the weekend at Bottleworks for an amazing event by Lindsey Hein & Ally Brettnacher featuring Emily Infeld. Just the best!!! 👏

I love this sport, this community, and all the people who make Indy’s running scene so special. Same time next year? 🩵

Spent 3 amazing days in Colorado with my @getrunningcoaching teammates for our 2nd annual retreat! We explored trails, saw numerous prairie dogs, and even watched cowboys go after a bull 🐂🤠. We soaked up coaching wisdom, learned more about strength + nutrition, did yoga, and deepened friendships (plus a little trivia fun—my team won! 🎉). Grateful for this community and especially my coach @run.kiwi for bringing us all together.

Already looking forward to seeing everyone again at Indy Monumental! 😉 🏃‍♀️
