The last rule is so hard 😩💋✨ my micro, needling do’ and don’ts 🙅‍♀️ I found the best results when I:

🫧 Use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer only (skip retinol, acids, and exfoliants).
🛏️ Sleep on clean sheets and a fresh pillowcase to reduce bacteria.
☕ Limit caffeine and focus on staying hydrated.
🏋️‍♀️ Skip intense workouts to avoid excess heat, sweat, and irritation.
💋 Avoid kissing people and pets while your skin barrier is healing.

Your skin is creating thousands of tiny microchannels after treatment. Protecting your skin during this healing window can help minimize irritation and support the best possible results.

Save this post for your next microneedling appointment! ✨
