Wecker um 5 Uhr gestellt. Kurz das Leben hinterfragt. Dann das hier gesehen. 🌄 Wir glauben, das ging beim Sunrise Hike einigen so.
Es gibt dieses eine Licht, das es nur im Herbst gibt. Goldene Hänge, rosa Himmel und die Sonne, die sich ganz langsam über die Gipfel schiebt, als hätte sie selbst keine Eile.

Alarm set for 5 am. Questioned all our life choices for a second. Then we saw this. 🌄 Pretty sure a few of us felt the same way on the Sunrise Hike.
There’s a certain kind of light you only get in autumn. Golden mountainsides, pink skies and the sun slowly rising above the peaks, like it has nowhere else to be.

We can’t explain it. We can only recommend it. 🧡

Don’t stop swiping until the last slide. Trust us. 🙂‍↕️

Ein Herbsttag aus dem Bilderbuch 🎨.

Die Rote Wand, Ort vieler klettriger Geschichten.
Eine unbeschreibliche Landschaft baut sich schon im Zustieg auf, geologisch für das Auge prachtvoll 🗿

Die Wahl der Route viel auf „Akrobat schöön 🤹“ in diesem Sedimentgestein technisch anspruchsvoll, exponiert und wunderbar aufregend bis zum Schluss.
Auch der Abstieg über den Ostgrat und lange steile Schrofen hat es nochmal insich- wach blieben ! 👀

12 Längen auf den Gipfel, ganze 8 auf den Pfeilerkopf.

Eine Felsfahrt mit glücklichen Gästen 😍

2025✨
One of the most challenging, but also exciting years so far.

I started the year in my favorite climbing area, Margalef, with great friends and good sends like „muerte entre las flores“ (8b),„Caminito pal cielo“ (8a+) and fun onsights up to 7c+. 🍾
In February outdoor bouldering and training with Lattice kept me motivated, even though an injury slowed things down at times. Still, I managed Boulders up to Fb 8a and good Trainings sessions 🦾.

Despite an emotional rollercoaster — a breakup, moving houses, long workdays, and writing and submitting my Master’s thesis — the summer delivered some amazing climbing!! „Queeel dich du Sau“ (8b+), Mr.incredible (8b) and Falanga 8a+/8b in my second go are definitely some of my highlights!✨

It was a year full of big moments beyond climbing, too: For example my sisters wedding in march and I became aunt two more times in april 😍.

I also spent a lot of time traveling — across Spain (including my first trip to Oliana) in april, to France and Switzerland for a @bergfreunde campaign, and to Italy for a climbing festival with @lasportivagram in September and Portugal in october.💛
Later in the year, Portugal became a second home. @apartamentosdosul @andreasmuellner_ ☀️😘.
We went there by van, discovering new climbing areas, and learning how to surf along the North of spain and the Algarve.

December wrapped things up with a road trip through the western USA, before heading back to Portugal to surf through Christmas and New Year.

I decided to take a step back from climbing and surfing took over — a good way to close an intense, challenging, and deeply rewarding year.
