🌴🔪⭐️ WHAT A NIGHT! South Florida’s Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars chefs came together at CALUSSO inside Pier Sixty-Six for a celebration of their Season 2 debut on Apple TV. Chefs Jonathan Kaiser of CALUSSO, Alejandra Espinoza of COTOA, and Jeremy Ford of Stubborn Seed were surrounded by fellow chefs, hospitality professionals, media, and friends. Cocktails, caviar bumps, oysters, and plenty of camaraderie made for a memorable evening celebrating their relentless pursuit of excellence. 🤫 The day finally arrived after months of keeping secrets, sharing the anticipation, and quietly cheering everyone on before the rest of the world got to watch. After making a cameo in the COTOA episode, 🙋🏼‍♀️ it was an incredible full-circle moment to 🎤 introduce the three chefs that evening.
