Attention Highway 1 Fitness enthusiasts! This Friday the 14th at 5:30 pm, we will have our second practice session for our new Country and Soul line dance program! “Giddy-Up and Groove” is a total blast and Staci, Jen and I are ready to have more fun with you! We have at least 5 new routines to teach you, and one I’m very excited about, Black Velvet! It’s time to get SEXY kids! Bring your smiles and hips along, cause you’ll be needing both! Our live session at The Barn will be the last Friday of the month, the 28th!! #giddyupandgroove #blackvelvet #linedancing #thebarn #highway1fitness @thebarnhmb @ocean.element.realestate @702christopherc
