In the bleak post-Christmas lull, Milla is volunteering on a crisis switchboard when she receives a call from Salome, a dramatic, desperate woman threatening suicide. A strange and hopeful connection is made... and then lost. A desperate Milla heads out into the bitter night to find Salome before it’s too late - but is her desire to connect with other lost souls as innocent as it appears?

I thought I’d just add a couple of things that got left out of The Infinite Monkey Cage press release - you might not know this , but I used to present it, I named it, and the style and personality of the show was greatly shaped by me from its original plan of being a science magazine show. Brian said he would never be involved with it after I resigned , but now seems to have instead gone for the “I’m away on tour” angle - anyway , just in case you thought “didn’t someone else do it before?” , yes it was me - I even knew the others who did it quite well , but have not spoken to them since I resigned - funny old business innit #science #briancox #bbcradio #bbcradio4 some people seem to think I just left and that’s that - that is not the story https://www.patreon.com/RobinInce/posts/gaslight-years-166761233 and another footnote - in the last couple of years , I was asked to do a sort of mash up spin off with monkey cage - it would have been easy money but I decided i wouldn’t do it as I didn’t want to dilute what we had - what a bloody idiot

If you are wondering about neurodivergence , especially with the negativity being promoted around both autism and ADHD at the moment, I am going to boldly recommend my book, Normally Weird and Weirdly Normal. I have been very happy to hear from many people who have found it affirming and from others who now understand friends or family better. I wanted to write a book that helped and increased understanding , rather than than stirring up cynicism for clicks and sales - thank you to everyone who has supported it - it should be available “in all good bookshops” and libraries too #adhd #autism #neurodiversity

Honoured to recieve the Script-To-Screen award at @kiffest.uk in partnership with @mysmashmedia

This means my project Chop is now in development with @1st.features

The entire team at KIFF went above and beyond - the event proved that, despite what we might hear, the heartbeat of film is truly alive.
