arts umbrella isdi ‘26. wow. i truly mean it when i say this is one of the most meaningful experiences i’ve ever been a part of. the people, staff, studios, and support are like no other. i found a family there, and i will cherish that forever. the knowledge i gained was absolutely transformational and has changed me for the better as a dancer and person.

thank you arts umbrella for such a life-changing 3 weeks, and giving us such a beautiful space to explore and grow in. i am so so thankful, and i will hold a big part of this in my heart forever. everything i learned has given me a new perspective and i will forever carry that with me. i already miss you, vancouver.

and thank you so much to Artemis and the whole arts umbrella family for the scholarship that made this possible for me in the first place! so grateful. @artsumbrella @artsumbrelladance

I’m so incredibly grateful to have gotten to experience the extraordinary ISDI program with so many amazing dancers! It really pushed me out of my comfort zone, and taught me to always research and remain curious in my dancing.
I have learned so much these past 3 weeks and will forever remember and be grateful for this opportunity and all of the people I have met along the way💗

Juilliard Summer Intensive ’26 🤍

I genuinely don’t think I could ever put into words how much this experience meant to me. Truly the best experience that would have not been possible without @meltoogood and one I wish I could live over and over again. I could never get sick of that view, those studios, or the feeling of walking through those doors every day.

To all the teachers who pushed me, inspired me, and helped me grow every single day, thank you. I’m forever grateful for everything you taught me and the impact you’ve had on me as a dancer.

A special thank you to @kimberlybartosik_daela who gave me the opportunity to be in their piece. Getting to learn their choreography, be a part of their vision, and perform such an incredible work was an experience I’ll never forget. I’m so grateful you trusted me with that opportunity. 🤍

And of course, the friends I made along the way — you made this experience even more unforgettable. The memories, laughs, and moments we shared are something I’ll hold onto forever.

Thank you to everyone who helped me get to this incredible intensive, believed in me, and supported me along the way. I’m forever grateful for this experience and everyone who made it so special.

The absolute best way to spend my 17th. What an incredible three weeks this has been. I’m leaving feeling more inspired than ever. Thank you to every teacher I had the privilege of learning from. Each of you brought such a unique perspective and an incredible depth of knowledge to this art form, and I’m beyond grateful to have learned from your expertise. A special thank you to @pattideldancer . It was such an honor to work with you every day in rehearsals. Your kind words, infectious spirit, and wealth of knowledge left me feeling inspired at the end of every single day. A huge thank you to @meltoogood for the opportunity to learn and grow in the most transforming place. Also big thank you to all of the RA’s/full time students, you guys were there for us when we needed literally anything and you all were so inspiring to take class with. I’m also so thankful for the amazing people I met along the way and for the chance to reconnect with friends I hadn’t seen in a while. These past three weeks taught me so much, not only about dance, but also about myself. I’ll carry these lessons with me long after this summer. thank you so much @meltoogood for this surreal opportunity, i am still in disbelief that i got to work with such incredible teachers and faculty surrounded by the most inspiring young artists this summer. you have created such a supportive and welcoming space, i have never felt more at home. This sense of belonging and community here means so much to me.

@coachmanstudio i am so grateful and honored to have been apart of your choreographic process. thank you for all that you do!

Looking back on these past three weeks, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to share this experience with such passionate dancers. This program has truly changed my perspective on dance, and I will always cherish the memories that came from it. A huge thank you to @meltoogood for creating such a welcoming and supportive environment where every dancer could grow. Your generosity in sharing your knowledge and passion made this experience unforgettable. And finally, thank you to @coachmanstudio for sharing your artistry and vision through this piece.
