Treading nostalgic waters in the deep end and shedding enough tears to offset the urine ratio. RIP pool season can’t believe they let Isabella in

Another flyer, this time from the great @total__slaughter .

He watched me play a noise set in EEL @sitandspinrecords where I had to play in the bathroom because there was zero room to setup.

There’s a few flyers for this upcoming gig and there’s probably going to be many more. Aaron Dilloway will have a new record out on @daisrecords that’s being released for this show. There’s openings from @vaultartstudio, the closing of a great show at 820 that’s curated by @studiolizrudnick and a huge show at Space gallery curated by @donn.otters. It’s going to be a jam packed night. Gallery crawl runs from 5:30-9, with Wood street staying open until midnight for the musical night. A perfect way to ring in Halloween!

$mix of photos from sunday + other happenings in part to plug @yardworkpresents ‘s release on bandcamp of a duo set performed by me and @sun_swept_ a year ago in salt lake city. all proceeds go towards this series 🤎 the set is Sarah’s & my first time playing together, we sounded like numerous lights fracturing then hazily reconfiguring. it opens with me scribbling on paper. i listened on repeat to cope with a difficult fall. last sunday was precious - no clips here cuz u can find the show video-archived on city of asylum’s website. grateful for each person who performed (jenna peng, drew collins, viii dorsey, dee armagost, dade lemanski, joshua malave, varun ravindran) and esp to jenna for collaborating to hold this. shout-out to a regular at my library job who inspired the parts i wrote in our piece that i think jenna said a friend described as being about the ways we attend and don’t attend to modes of disappearance. other clips: @slopmachine @318pgh @ruth_e_toothless @maryspgh @erikohattori_ @ssoouurrss @kiernanlaveaux whose sets u should dance to tmr (today 8/7) at mary’s and say hello to me & tip ur bar staff$
