🌭 Just SOME of the many 🌭

Fall festival duty on the Blackstone Flexfold — criss-cross scored, sizzling, and feeding a crowd. When the line keeps growing, the griddle keeps going. 🔥

Scoring the dogs isn’t just for looks — more edges, more char, more flavor in every bite.

Cooking for a festival crowd hits different. This is what Fire. Flavor. Family. looks like out in the wild. 🙌

How many hot dogs do you think we went through today? Drop your guess 👇

The recipe that got me on TV 📺🧀

Beer cheese made right in the cast iron on the @blackstoneproducts griddle, scored hot dogs with the @slotdogdotcom for max crispy edges, and warm pretzel bites for dunking. This is the exact cook seen on @griddlenationshow — and it’s still the most requested thing at my house.

Slotting the dogs isn’t just for looks. Those cuts open up on the griddle, get crispy, and grab onto the cheese sauce like they were made for it. Because they were.

Team pretzel bite or team hot dog dunk? Pick a side 👇

🌭You’ve never had a game day dog (or any day dog) like this 😜

Double Garlic Butter Game Day Dogs 💛 All beef @ballparkbrand dogs, scored with my @slotdogdotcom tool, bathed in garlic butter, wrapped in crescent rolls, bathed again then baked till perfectly golden and simply delicious. Let a little Parm rain down when they’re done then dunk them in a whole grain honey mustard dip.

Start to finish, 30 minutes & they’ll disappear in 5 ⏱️

This is what happens when someone says let’s keep the tailgate simple and everyone just bring sandwiches but you own a @webergrills Smokey Joe and a @slotdogdotcom. Turns out it was a friend of a friend’s first ever tailgate so I’m glad I went rogue from the original plan. #laborday #tailgating #letsgophils
