Kindred connection

@dimitrikota showing us how it’s done

5 AM — The BOSSMAN, el gringa y el Maestro.

Through pure randomness (by the grace of @lejuannabis) I had one of the best nights of my musical journey so far. Feeling immense gratitude to @slow.gang.mx and @dimitrikota for welcoming me to the Mexican underground with so much warmth, care and epic music 🎶🙏🏼🙌🏼🚀💓 and thank you to all the sweethearts I met 💜

The magical afterhours @slow.gang.mx has created was full of light, intention, and felt like home. I could tell he’s put his heart and soul to create a portal for people to be free, safe and one with the music. Thank you for everything and trusting me to play (next time no mercy 😅)

It was also a highlight of my week to spend time with and meet the talented maestro @dimitrikota. His lore is grand and playing alongside him was a taste of a first live set for me — he taught me an absolute masterclass and the moments of symbiosis were pure magic.

Thank you both for giving me the best night in the Oficina - what is being created in La Paz for the music community under your infuence is truly special and I will carry this night in my heart for a longtime.

Song name says it all … mad respect for @dimitrikota @slow.gang.mx and OFICINA

At this point Im beatmatching to Dimitri’s live set and tunes - no equipment sync nada.

LORE: The universe had a laugh with me. For the longest time @a.x.e.l.music told me “we listen to music we don’t look at it” … I didn’t listen to him well enough.

I was supposed to play on a CDJ850 (proper, old school) - SOS emergency call to my cosmic brother who walks me thru. Took notes thought ok can do this but I don’t trust my ears or myself enough and have been complacent with sync previously. Whatever happens happens. The gods eased up ok me and the USB wasn’t reading so played XDJ but still had to practice same skill. I am grateful to con

26’ catch up part 1 — beginning of this year was filled with hehe’s with @danielrblsarchundia, learning how to play poker, my computer cave (mainly that — not pictured, definitely for the best 👩🏻‍💻🧟‍♀️😂) and disco times at night with @javali.mx and in the AM with @habibi.tuna
