Pulled up for @ratpackcycling race after @306cycling miles with a nice 20 mile commute. Both races were 🔥 with very decisive, impressive breakaways. Images in a super random order.

Thank you, @ulockmob 💫 Week 5. That’s a wrap. Three summers of 20 years. Thousands of photos later, I can honestly say this “summer series” has changed the way I shoot.

Every July, I come back thinking I know exactly what I’m looking for. Every July, it humbles me. It reminds me that the photograph isn’t waiting for me. It’s earned through patience, repetition, and showing up when nothing remarkable seems to be happening until, suddenly. BOOM.

That’s what this place has given me. Not just photographs, but discipline. An eye. A reason to keep chasing something I still can’t quite catch.

A lot of people pass through. They catch a night or two and move on. I wanted something different. I wanted to build a relationship with this place. To return enough times that the work stopped feeling like coverage and started feeling like memory. I hope that’s visible in these photographs.

Thank you to everyone at @ulockmob for trusting me with that space. Thank you for letting me quietly disappear into the corners, chase the light, miss moments, find better ones, and come back every Friday trying to make something worthy of what you’ve built over the last 20 years. ❤️💛💚 #ulockmob #fourevervisuals #theFILEROcrit

“You take what you get and make it happen.”

Week 4 already?! (I need more time)

@ulockmob #DTLAGPX Summer Series has only ONE WEEK left, and I swear it just started. Every Friday disappears faster than the last. The boys keep showing up, the racing keeps getting better, and I’m still trying to make sense of it all one frame at a time. Here’s what the week looked like. #ulockmob #fourevervisuals #theMESNAGERcrit

It’s a ticking clock. @ulockmob #DTLAGPX Week 3. Here’s a collection of ideas I’m still trying to catch. They keep me honest. Always hoping for this and that…Sometimes you have to stop chasing the pictures you imagined and appreciate the ones the night painted. #ulockmob #fourevervisuals #theBOMBadventureCrit #losangeles
