Hi all, my friend, Daniel, is starting this beautiful new Program called “Journey Into The Light”. Love that name! Grounded in science and full of insights that help families reconnect with their natural body clocks. Our circadian rhythm is profoundly important for our health, energy and wellbeing.

This program is FREE! And full of insights I wish more people understood.

So, if you’ve ever felt tired, off-kilter, or like the pace of modern life is pulling you (or your kids)
out of sync, this is something worth exploring.

Here’s the link if you’d like to check it out (or share it too):

Totally loved the #Gatherbath hand stitching retreat last weekend! While my origami bag remains to be finished, it’s at the point where I can just pick it up easily and add new stiches and swatches from my lovely stash. I plan to place the bag on a pretty hanger and suspend it from the ceiling of my studio so that I can see both sides of it. Big thanks to @sew.likeagirl and @mendingbeautifully for creating the container for our time together and sharing their expertise! #handstitching

in the span of four months, @kimberlybeckerstitcher and I actually met long enough to know each other, decided we wanted to collaborate, came up with a workshop idea, found a beautiful venue, had amazing people sign up, and then had a weekend workshop! I’m feeling excited and proud and tired and broken open at how good it can all be when you step into that which makes you feel most alive.
