The coast got us🥹 Driving down Oregon on Highway 101 turned out to be one of the best ideas of our trip. With the Pacific’s waves on our right and the rainforests on our left, you quickly get used to the land of postcard sunsets. We couldn’t surf its waves yet, so we tried surfing its dunes instead. And we lost ourselves in the first redwood forests of our trip.

Grateful for lifelong friends who slow down, listen, and adapt with the changing tides of life.

After months of endless to do’s, chasing my tail… and Ruka’s 🐾, I feel like I’m finding my groove again.

Weekends away with the ones who matter most have a way of smoothing out life’s ruffles—thick or thin.

If you’re looking for a wearable reminder to SLW DWN, check out my friend @jostancic’s new line, @slwdwnsupply — the perfect way to thread that needle.

Fun couple weeks with the family slowing down and squeezing in the last of the sun! Some times slowing down is all you need to quite down the mind and reset. Love trying my best with this crew.
