10 years of being an artist, today. 🎨 To see a number like that on my resume now blows me away, I first started doing art on my iPad cluelessly when I was 8 years old not knowing the path it would take me today. I wanna give a huge thank you to everyone who have supported, hated (it’s ok, I’d hate me too), and most importantly… invested whether that was buying my paintings, booking me for DJ gigs, hiring me for creative directing/design, or even just looking at my art too. It means the world to me. I had the privilege to live a bunch of different lives before 18, from YouTuber, rapper, wannabe-influencer, to finally solidifying to a visual artist & DJ. I decided to put the never-before-seen core moments during my time instead of a bloated chronology, that can be all found on my site 😉 As I also surpassed 5 years of being in the industry too (didn’t start going public until 2019 for clarification), it taught me a lot about being the youngest in the room, both the beautiful and the disgusting. Getting opportunities/placements that kids my age would’ve only dreamed of achieving in which I am incredibly thankful for, but they’ll get surprised and then talk bad about you but instantly backtrack when they see a kid doing good for himself, that’s been a cycle I’ve had to deal within my time in the scene and honestly, it’s only sharpened me more now and less hurt. Ok enough of the bluntness LOL. I wanna give a huge thank you to my brother @l3ouffhard for being the reason I took this art stuff to the moon after his lookbook shoot at Graffiti Alley on July 21, 2019, he’s also the first and only person to get my art tatted! To all of my other mentors who’ve mentored me early on, I dedicate this message to you too 🙏🏻 Now onto the more exciting news… my solo debut exhibition “BREATHE: The Multi-Disciplinary Odyssey of ELiXR” has FINALLY BEEN LOCKED IN, this has been a lot of work in the making, a lot of adjustments in team, logistics, trust, etc. but finally we can settle the madness. The FULL announcement with date, time, location, etc. will be posted in SEPTEMBER. 10 locked in, let’s make it to 20, 50, 96 (perhaps?) more. Truly yours, ELiXR ☁️💻: @seabxn & me
