This story took over a year to construct. My friend @shadeztm approached me what feels like a life time ago to create something together and a lot of life happened in that time. Our paths deviated as work got in the way, He became a father - I’m sure changing his whole life. I was, and still am crawling myself into the world of film making, learning from mistakes, beg borrowing and stealing my way to become a better story teller.
But when you listen to a song like Southside, the story’s already there. It was an autobiography of a life far from my own but still felt like I lived it.
I wanted to create something personal to any viewers introspection the way it was to me.
I’m very proud of the film so many people put their talents too. Please watch the whole film on the link you know where!
