Missing our Happy Sundays together? Me too! So even though life is hectic at the weekends I will be carving out some time every week to prerecord a 30-40 minute yoga class, perfect for waking you up on a Sunday morning ☀️
.
.
It's hard to discipline ourselves, especially when there are so many distractions, so top tip is to set an alarm for 9.30am and roll out your mat the night before in a quiet little nook of your house, so it's ready to step on to when your alarm goes off ⏰ 🌅
.
.
The classes will be available to everyone and as per our previous lockdown classes, will be run by donation. Subscribe to our YouTube channel YogaMeHappy1 as the videos will premiere LIVE at 9.30am every Sunday morning 🌄

Perfect planks...
Our wonderful yoga class, still going strong in October! Feeling totally blessed to be able to carry on with these fantastic group of people.
.
Bit of the muddy side (see pic of our glamorous yogis holding up our not quite so clean mats (these are my mats that are put down underneath the yogis own, so social distance can be kept and they don't get their own mat dirty BTW 🤣), so will be moving to the concrete as of next week.
.
These hatha yoga classes take place at our quiet, gated bowls green, surrounded by trees in a socially-distanced setting and are pay what you can by donationonline or in cash on the day... hope to see you there!
.
***Aveling Park Bowls Club, Lloyd Park E17
***Sundays, 9.30am
***Hatha Yoga suitable for all
