How often does the whole team actually end up in the same photo?

Team photos can easily become one of those things a business keeps meaning to update, especially as people come and go. But there’s something valuable about having a proper photograph of the people who keep everything running. It puts real faces to the business and helps clients feel like they already know who they’ll be meeting.

For the Smart Active Solutions crew, photographing them outside their own gym made far more sense than putting them against a plain wall. The setting, uniforms and equipment give the photo context, while still keeping it clean and professional. It feels like their team, in their space.

A strong team photo can be used across your website, social media, proposals, recruitment, media features and plenty more. But beyond that, it captures the people behind the business as it is right now, and that’s worth updating every once in a while.

End of an era 🤍🩵💙

After almost four years, my time at Smart Active Solutions is coming to an end.

When I started in October 2022, I had no experience in personal training & just decided to give it a go. Since then, I’ve become qualified, found a real passion for helping people, and grown so much both personally and professionally.

A huge thank you to Budda and Aimee for giving me this opportunity and supporting me over the years.

And to all of my clients, thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. Watching your progress, celebrating your wins, and seeing your confidence grow has been the best part of this job. I’m looking forward to making the most of these final few weeks with you before my last day on July 31st.

As sad as I am to be leaving such an amazing gym, I’m really excited for what’s to come. I’ll be sharing more soon, but I’m looking forward to starting my own independent personal training business. Can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings 🥰

Thank you too @smartactivesolutions for the class clown trophy I had so much fun at the awards night and receiving this little trophy was cherry on the cake!! I have so much fun every gym session with @lauramartin_coaching and @strongher.with.stacie whilst getting stronger and being the best version of myself 😊 and thank you to my girls @b3ccabo0 and @charly_m_jay who make coming to the gym the best part of my weeks ❤️

What people don’t always see online… is the stuff in between.

The chaos.
The kids climbing all over you while you’re trying to get ready.
The early starts.
The laughs between sets.
The familiar faces walking back through the studio doors.

Last week was a tough one being away with family for the funeral… so getting back into the studio this week honestly felt good for everyone — including me.

No crazy transformation post.
No “perfect routine.”
Just people showing up… moving their bodies… and doing what they can.
Because at the end of the day… any movement is good movement.

A walk.
A workout.
Playing with your kids.
Stretching between jobs.
Getting back into routine after a rough week.
It all counts.

And sometimes the biggest win is simply getting yourself moving again 🤝

Sun, family, and a little bit of suffering to finish it off 😅☀️

Feeling pretty lucky right now… heading to the Gold Coast with the crew — time with the kids, time with family, a bit of exploring… and then topping it all off with HYROX in Brisbane 💥

It’s that balance, right — making memories, filling the cup, then testing yourself at the end.
