Good afternoon everyone!

Take a look at what we did this past Friday with
@ericdslaw! Mr. Eric is an amazing member of our Fil-
Am community who offered to show his home garden
to our youth program when he heard about our nature
week.

We visited him at his home where he showed us
a variety of tomatoes, dahlia cultivars, and other plants
he had, as well as demonstrating many parts of the
gardening process. He was even growing kalamansi
and malunggay!

Our youth had a chance to taste the difference
between store-bought and homegrown vegetables,
water plants, and pick their own tomatoes to bring
home.

Thank you again!

PS, what do you call a friendly tomato? A kasamatis!
