Training for a marathon takes more than logging miles. It takes a smart plan, consistent support, and a community that helps you stay motivated through every phase of training. Fleet Feet NYC’s Marathon Training Program Presented by ASICS and Supported by Prehab, Salis, Superfeet, and UCAN is designed to help runners of all experience levels build endurance, strength, and confidence for race day.

To support you every step of the way, you’ll receive a 16-week progressive training plan, daily coaching guidance, strength and mobility programming, and expert advice on topics like nutrition, gear, and recovery. You’ll also gain access to Fleet Feet NYC’s private training community, exclusive shopping discounts, ASICS gear and demo opportunities, wellness and recovery offerings, and a post-marathon celebration with your fellow runners.

The program begins Monday, July 13, and prepares you for race day on or around November 1. The first in-person workout takes place July 15, with coached group workouts every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. and every Saturday at 8:30 a.m., meeting at Fleet Feet Columbus Circle.

Register this weekend via the top link in our bio to take advantage of early bird pricing.

This isn’t just about running a marathon. It’s about discovering what you’re capable of with the right people beside you every step of the way.

Since coming back to DC from Endurance Exchange, I’ve been sitting in the quiet, just being thoughtful about the relationships and the energy exchanged. As a “feeler,” I absorb so much of what’s around me. Coming home to the District, I’ll be honest, I felt a little overwhelmed. Between the state of the world and the intensity of my work, I had to take a beat to let it all land before I could find the words.

But this Endurance Exchange? It felt different.

Stepping into the role of MC was an honor, but what I didn’t expect was how much the energy of the room would shift my own perspective. It’s hard to put into words, but the weekend wasn’t just about an “elevated” conference experience; it was about the profound depth of connection.

From the stage and in the hallways, I saw a community that wasn’t just there to network, but was truly ready to engage, listen, and grow together. It took a minute to process an experience this big, a massive shift in energy where every conversation felt intentional and every person showed up with their heart open.

I left with a full heart and a sharpened focus. We were all there with one singular, powerful goal: to amplify this sport, to make races better, and to help our athletes reach heights they never thought possible.

I’m still inspired, still motivated, and so glad I took the extra time to soak it all in before sharing. When we come together to share knowledge like this, the whole industry wins.
