Smash Hit Combo & None Like Joshua - Spin The Wheel (2017) SPOTIFY & YOUTUBE “Spin the Wheel” is a high-octane nu-metal and djent track by French band Smash Hit Combo, featuring American internet rapper None Like Joshua. Released as a lead single on 19 May 2017, it stands as one of the band’s most popular cross-continental collaborations. L33T stands as a tribute to classic 2000s nu-metal (reminiscent of Hybrid Theory-era Linkin Park) infused with modern, heavy djent guitar tones and a lyrical universe completely centered around video game culture. Lyrically, the song utilizes arcade and racing game tropes as an aggressive metaphor for dominance, speed, and absolute refusal to yield in competition. None Like Joshua commands the track with rapid-fire delivery loaded with classic gaming callbacks, including Need for Speed, Gran Turismo, Road Rash, F-Zero, Twisted Metal, and Ridge Racer. #djent #rapmetal #SmashHitCombo #NoneLikeJoshua

Smash Hit Combo - Géneration Test (2009) SPOTIFY & YOUTUBE «Génération Test» is a heavy rapcore/nu-metal track by the French «gamer metal» band Smash Hit Combo. The song originally debuted on 27 March 2009 as part of their breakthrough studio album, Nolife. It was later re-released as the title track of a dedicated reissue/compilation album in 2011 via Bandcamp. Smash Hit Combo is widely known in the underground European metal scene as a «gamer metal» band. Their imagery and concepts are explicitly tied to video game culture, esports, and the digital age. «Génération Test» tackles the concept of a «virtual generation». The lyrics serve as a harsh commentary on a society increasingly disconnected from reality, raising themes about individuals living vicariously through screens, digital simulations, and online validation—failing the «test» of real-world human connection. #rapmetal #SmashHitCombo

Putain. C’était quelque chose. ❤️ Merci les gars @bapt_shc @mattshc @briceshc @paulestrelou @arthur_rstlss Merci infiniment a @jonh_rnd @k.andk.visuals qui a su capturer magnifiquement cet instant magique.
