The Butler’s Pantry - a highly functional, yet stylish space tucked just around the corner from the kitchen and adjacent pantry. The perfect place to prep, clean up, grab tea or a cup of coffee. The perfect place to store small appliances & keep the kitchen countertops decluttered - a designer’s dream!
And adorning the large open wall in this space is an authentic ornamental hide dating from the early 20th century. It’s truly stunning - up close, the bead work & intricate detail takes your breath away! Special shout out to @hilow.art for finding the perfect piece for this space.

This 9 min workout will burn more calories than 9min of scrolling 🙌

I incorporate these exercises into my daily routine. Here I did them in my treatment room @thatlondonreflexologist 🦶

Do each exercise for one minute and you’ll feel more energetic and happier 🙌 And you’ll burn some calories 🙌

I’ve been doing these consistently for months now and I’ve seen so many health benefits from doing them including less back pain and better sleep. I’ve also lost 7kgs 🥳

More YouTube workouts coming soon..

A little visual surprise at the back of the apartment.

After moving through rooms layered with vintage furnishings, artwork and European-inspired details, the kitchen makes a bold departure with bright color and retro charm.

Red appliances anchor the space, while a diner-style breakfast table and chairs from American Chairs and a metal edge detail around the countertops complete the look.

It’s playful, unexpected and completely at home within this eclectic apartment.

Come le “cool girls” arredano casa pt. 3 🪩

(Trend alert, non un manuale di progettazione)

Piccoli dettagli, abbinamenti inaspettati e tendenze da reinterpretare a modo proprio. ✨

This was all shot with a tripod and a dream. I’m on a mission to create more than I consume for 100 days. Today I had to make a film about waiting. I have always loved the look of black and white films so what better way to complete this challenge than by making it a little harder.
