If you told me 4 years ago that I’d graduate with more than just a degree, I’d ask what you meant. But today I sit back and realize just how much @uwf and Pensacola gave me.
Moving over 1,300 miles away, to a new city where I really didn’t know anybody, I did not think I could learn and grow as I did.
I graduated high school in June 2021 during peak COVID. I moved over 1,300 miles away from my friends, family, and everything I’d ever known. All to make a life for myself on my terms, my way.

I think I did just that. With only 20 photos to show my last 4 years, not enough justice can be given to the amazing people I’ve met and come to call my friends and my own Florida family.

It was a struggle though, some days were long and grueling, some were easy and passed by fast. The classes were educational, the professors always helpful and the community of this beautiful campus was always amazing.
Halfway through college I really hit a low, I was 100% alone and was not sure what to do. Then I found @uwfdelts , and my second half of college went by in the blink of an eye. The best guys around became my closest friends and my family.

I was able to represent the amazing ladies of @uwfkd and support a philanthropic focus I hold very near and dear. I gained strength, I gained confidence, I gained an education, but more importantly I gained a lifetime of experiences all packed into 4 short years.

Thank you UWF for giving me a home. Thank you to the ladies of Kappa Delta for allowing me to be your 2025 Daggerman. Thank you my brothers of Delta Tau Delta. Thank you to the friends I made on this journey. Thank you to @kada_renee my literal other half, you pushed me through this second half, I love you.
Thank you all for being on this journey with me.

If I could give any advice, savor the moments; enjoy those long nights at the library, go on those random buccees trips, go to Waffle House and talk life at 2am, rush that fraternity/sorority, ask that person out, take that leap of faith. I promise it’s worth it.

Lastly, all glory to God for the path he’s charged for me. Rah Rah and Go Argos!
