Debutants have played about everywhere imaginable, but on Thursday, Aug. 27, they'll perform somewhere new and ideal for their string music: Fort Wayne Philharmonic Center, 826 Ewing St.,

“We’re trying to find our original sound and our original voice in all of this to help usher in that next era of acoustic music while still tipping the hat to our heroes along the way and telling people where we found it and where they can find it,” co-founder and mandolinist Lynn Nicholson said.

Six years. Our journey began on Earth Day, founded on one core principle: The ‘organic’ label is a starting point, not the finish line. 🌱

It’s about a deeper commitment—to soil that’s alive, to agave that’s fully mature, and to a process that respects nature’s perfect timeline. It’s a standard we’ve proudly upheld for 2,190 days and counting.

Thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to many more years of raising the bar.🥂🥃✨

Help us celebrate! If you believe in raising the standard for tequila, let us know in the comments. 👇

The Art of Slow Cooking.
Our Agaves are hand selected at the peak of sweetness, a moment in time when it’s most luscious and flavorful. We honor this natural perfection by slow-roasting the agave hearts in traditional stone ovens up to 72 hours, a slow and deliberate process that enhances the innate sweetness. This is where time is our ally, and patience is our guiding principle.

Ever tasted a piece of cooked agave straight out of the stone oven?
