Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game in Middle Earth. @sir_peterjackson eat your heart out 🥲

The choices of Master Samwise
Organised by the New Zealand Middle Earth League
held at Smiths Queenstown.

Frodo was right about Sam, everyone needs one. The most kills completed with Sam won his very own engraved frying pan.

Hell yeah! We had the privilege to help sponsor and turn up for this NZ league event. We are so excited to help events like this in the area.

If you are interested in learning tabletop games and finding more about Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game or anything else Warhammer related, reach out!

Come and see us and we will point you in the right direction.

Congratulations to the winners and especially the number 1 Sam.

Queenstown and Wanaka were so incredible. Thanks Chris at @smithscraftbeer for a great weekend. Managed to go visit a few amazing breweries while there, and even get a round of Disc Golf in. Not enough time to catch up with everyone, but huge thanks to

✨ WE’RE BACK! ✨

It’s been a busy few months behind the scenes, but we’re finally back and ready to get stuck into what we love most! 💛

We’ve been busy and we’ve got plenty to share. Here’s a little look at some of what we’ve been up to recently 👀✨

And now… let’s get back to it! 🥰

Lately I’ve been experimenting with how I can frame my art in more creative ways.

Starting with the parody VHS designed for @rockyridgebrewing (created for the @smithscraftbeer NZIPA day challenge) I’ve been building up some ideas that I think will be super fun.

Over the last couple of months I’ve been collecting Cassette, Video, CD and a whole manner of other nostalgic cases with the plan to create some fun and unique pieces.

This feels like a call back to how I first got into drawing, copying the artworks on Dragon Ball Z Videos and paying homage to that time just feels right.

My plan is to take the collaboration artworks I’ve been doing recently and turn them into fictional commercial pieces.

More on this soon 🍻

Each year, Kiwi brewers battle it out for lupulin-lined glory at the @smithscraftbeer NZIPA Challenge.

Now, Australia's breweries have their chance as the first-ever Australian NZIPA Challenge takes place at @rockyridgebrunswick this weekend.

It's one impressive lineup of hop-forward brewers too, and beyond the chance to try some excellent beers between July 17 to 19, there's also an industry panel, comedy and a Getting Blind With Crafty session hosted by us.

Find out more or book a spot via the link in our bio.

2nd Place Judge’s Choice at the @smithscraftbeer NZIPA Challenge, our Faux Grass NZIPA has been getting consumed faster than expected and we’re down to our last keg 😱 Come in for a taste of fresh-cut citrus, white peach, passionfruit, sticky pine and that unmistakable Riwaka hit of aerodrome gasoline and West Auckland evenings while it lasts, or seek it out at a good beer bar near you.

You didn’t think we could breeze on past without shouting out our epic Bold River locals that just WON the Smiths NZIPA Challenge did you?! Fan-freaking-tastic work team 🥳 @brewmoonbrewingco @thiefbrewing @b.effectbrewing

Particularly poetic sensory notes by @beerswithcol_nz :
“What a beautiful haze and the nose jumps out the glass, smacks you around the chops and says drink me!! It truly shows that New Zealand hops are some of the best in the world... diesel, dank, stonefruit, herbaceous, massive amounts of fruit, touch of bitternerss to give it some roundness, but it’s the way the trio of breweries allowed all those hops to truly shine.” 🥹
