idk about you, but i'm READY for august to be over 😮‍💨 ..but despite some of the rollercoasters - there were so many beautiful moments ✨ like being ajays forever +1 at the most beautiful wedding ➡️ getting to see my cousin after SO LONG 🫶🏽 ➡️ witnessing the cutest moments of the kids ➡️ reuniting with two of my favorite founders to celebrate 5 years of @solkyst 😎 ➡️ been consistent with unbigging my back 💪🏽 ➡️ getting jade kindergarten ready 🥹 ➡️ was asked to be a bridesmaid for one of my best friends weddings 💃🏽🥲 ➡️ a much needed girls night 🧀 ➡️ continued to participate in sports that i'm horrible at for the enjoyment of jacob ❤️ ➡️ travelled to dallas for @thepregoexpo and finally got to meet @myrandaduma 🥰 ➡️ ..but also got trapped in dallas - 5hr delay then they cancelled my flight. it's fine, i needed the sleep 🫠 ➡️ and ended the month with jacob convincing jade to take up another activity that will stress me out 😂 --- cheers to all the GOODNESS coming all of our ways this september ✨🥂

We thoroughly enjoyed gathering together for Yoga & Coffee at @theatticmovementco beautiful new studio. 💛 There is something special about sharing space with kind people, slowing down, and making meaningful connections. Thank you to everyone who came out and made the morning feel so warm, welcoming, and full of joy. Day in the Life of a Lawyer #yachtedition Thank you @highvibe.women for organizing this incredible mastermind on the water!! I’ve tried to post this so many times with all my takeaways, but those keep getting deleted - so coming to you in real time - here are my takeaways: 1. Business gets to be fun & being a lawyer can be fun too (wild right?) 2. The fusion between wellness and business has never been stronger. Thank you @thevineiv for the health in an IV drip while I chatted about systems and processes with @staci.millard 3. A CRM is becoming a non negotiable. We meet so many people and the art of the follow up is worth preserving. 4. Personal Brand is the buzz word for 2026. Having multiple passions on display makes hiring you that much easier. 5. Protecting what you built from destruction is in everyone’s mind. With women becoming the bread winners a big topic today was how to preserve wealth in partnerships, marriages, separations and generationally through legal structures. (Note: the Ontario wildfires were happening this day causing the yellow hue. It was absolutely devastating and everyone acknowledged them)

I got the memo and it said: “Come as your favourite self - the one who feels most alive. Wear the outfit!” And so I did. 🫶 Showing up at the beautiful Paletta Mansion by the lake in Burlington called for my favourite white dress that I wore for beach photos in San Diego back in October. I was channeling those ocean water vibes back to me. The evening went from mingling outdoors on the patio by with lake views (nature is so energizing right?!) and belly laughs @sarahkhanoutloud @smittytherebel @taniatonello @valentinejill77 (fun photos outdoors is a must, especially when dressed for the occasion!) followed by dining inside with cheerful conversations and then connecting to self… on a deep level. How deep? Well @itscarlyottaway took through a visualization, a journey back to self that struck cords across the room. Then @taniatonello graced us with her natural humour and walked us through her very informative style compass that had me up past midnight excited to start to cleanse my closet. Sending gratitude and kudos to the hosts @itslaurenmurdoch and @stephmurdoch_ for hosting and holding space for a roomful of ambitious women on a July summer night! What a treat. Last night was yet another reminder of who I am and the more deeply I connect to self, the more deeply I connect to others around me and I felt it through and through!

Yachts are my personality now and I’m not taking questions. 😂💕 Okay but actually, this is what I want you to see. This is what’s possible when you build a personal brand. Work days that look like IVs with your girls on a yacht. Experiences that find you because of the brand you’ve built and the community you’ve poured into. When you build a personal brand that actually works, your life starts to look like this. The High Vibe community is something I genuinely cannot explain. You have to experience it. Strong brands attract strong women and strong women build something that feels like this. Build the brand. Find your people.
