Watching this version of myself is such a beautiful reminder of just how incredible the human body truly is—and how much it is capable of.
Back then, my fitness journey looked completely different. I trained differently, moved differently, had different goals, and probably had a completely different idea of what “being fit” meant.
Today, my journey looks different—and that’s okay.
Our bodies change. Our priorities change. Life changes. And sometimes, we have to start over, slow down, rebuild, or simply learn how to move in a new way.
Starting over doesn’t mean you failed. Doing things differently doesn’t mean you lost your progress. It means you’re allowing yourself to grow with the person you are today.
The goal isn’t always to become who you were before. Sometimes, it’s to discover what your body is capable of becoming next. ✨
Seven years later, I’m still learning, still growing, still getting stronger—and more grateful than ever for this body and everything it allows me to do.
Your body is capable of more than you realize. Give it patience, give it grace, and never be afraid to begin again. 🤍 #fitness #blessed #growth #mindbodyspirit

Thank you God for allowing me to open my eyes this morning. It’s so surreal that I’m typing this right now….37 isn’t scary as I thought it would be. It’s a new journey so I embrace it with a smile and a open heart. Knowing that there’s beauty in growing older but also getting to know myself all over again…getting to know the NEW & FINE 37 self! 😉
it’s truly a beautiful blessing! And yet, I STILL have so much to offer in this world, creatively! However present time…. I’m grateful. I am here. In the now!

Here’s to 37. #HER 🦋🤍✨

One of my first passions was Street/Urban Photography

Taking a trip down memory lane with a throwback to street photography meet ups. This particular meet up for Flask Mob was insane!
