Thank you! Gosh, it doesn’t feel like enough to say - thank you. I love you. - I hope that you can each FEEL how much you have moved me, taught me, inspired me, challenged me. Thank you! Yes, you. YOU have left an indelible mark on me and will be with me wherever this mysterious and glorious path leads. We’re beautifully woven together across time and space - I will see you all again.

Until then, what will you do with these precious fleeting moments we have together? Remembering that endings are inevitable, have you cherished your moments? Have you savored presence and hugged people for longer than is required? Please let all of life sink into your bones.

Please LIVE, dear friends. Thank you. I love you.

Yesterday was pure magic. We journeyed through the throat, heart, and solar plexus chakras—moving, journaling, sharing, and reconnecting with our truth, love, and personal power. The energy in the room was vibrant and deeply heartfelt.

Don’t miss our final session of the series on May 17th: Grounded, Sensuality & Strength. We’ll explore the sacral, root, and earth star chakras—a chance to root down, awaken your creative life force, and step fully into your embodied power.

Today’s workshop absolutely blew my own expectations. I’ve spent weeks diving and with research and planning and I really saw the fruit of that this afternoon. It was so amazing to watch people explore, offer their thoughts and ideas, and connect with each other as spirit beings. I feel so incredibly grateful to hold spaces and circles for people to safely open their “spirit bubbles” 😉 I can’t wait for part 2&3. Yes, you can still join the next two and we’ll do a brief recap so everyone’s on the same page. 🫶🏼 🤍 💜 💙
Thank you @urbancorestudios for a beautiful space and @lovelightsonia for capturing these moments so I could stay “in it.”
