Yoga awareness class for fitness batch @myselfandmymoves Breathing and emotions have a direct, two-way connection. Strong feelings like fear or anxiety trigger rapid, shallow breaths, while conscious, slow, and deep breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering heart rate, clearing stress hormones like cortisol, and calming the mind. Yoga and breathwork (pranayama) improve a dancer's strength, flexibility, core stability, and stamina. Linking breath to movement helps oxygenate muscles, lower heart rates, reduce unnecessary muscular tension, and prevent fatigue-related injuries during long practice or performance hours #yoga #dancereels #yogalife #strengthtraining #emotions

It’s your typical Malayali story. Father went abroad, worked for wages and earned his keep. Mother stayed right here and raised the children alone. 🤷‍♀️ Watch the full music video with translation on YouTube.
