Securing a spot on the podium at OC Sales means you are operating at an elite tier. 🥉

In this industry, a lot of reps need a full quarter to hit what our 2 spot clears in 30 days.

Dayne R locked in the second spot in The League for April. No hype, just execution. When the systems and the culture are dialed in, this is what the baseline looks like.

📊 The April Stat Line:
• $40,859 Commissions Paid

Massive month, Dayne. The standard here is just different.

🚨 We pay out $5,000 M1s that usually get it paid in about 2 weeks after the sale.
That’s the biggest M1 in the industry.

And we don’t stop there 👇
We split it 50/50 with setters so setters are making $2,500 in 2 weeks💰

Nobody does it like @the_league_ca x @ocsolarinstallation .
If you’re in solar sales and want to be where the money, opportunity, and culture are actually different… this is it.
