$How do you balance creativity with data when making marketing decisions? It’s a question every founder eventually faces. My latest podcast guest, Adele Tetangco, has spent more than 20 years helping fashion and lifestyle brands grow as an entrepreneur, brand strategist, community builder, and fractional CMO. From co-founding @garmentory to building @snack____size , she’s worked with brands at every stage of growth. What I love about Adele’s approach is that she doesn’t see creativity and analytics as competing forces. She believes great marketing starts with understanding the data—what’s working, what’s not, and where the opportunities are. Then comes the creative part: finding new ways to connect with customers, tell stories, and improve results. As Adele puts it: “Before I plan anything, I look at the metrics first. Then the fun part is getting creative.” Too often, founders rely entirely on gut instinct or get buried in spreadsheets. The magic happens when you combine both. Listen to this clip as Adele shares how she uses data, performance metrics, and creativity to help brands make smarter marketing decisions and drive sustainable growth. What’s your natural tendency, do you lean more toward creativity or data? $New episode drops today! 🔥 One of the hardest lessons entrepreneurs learn is that growth doesn’t come from doing everything yourself. It comes from learning to trust others. My latest podcast guest, Adele Tetangco, knows this firsthand. As the co-founder of Garmentory, founder of Snack-Size, et tigre, fractional CMO, and a respected connector in the fashion industry, she’s spent more than 20 years helping brands grow, scale, and navigate change. In this clip, Adele shares one of the most important lessons she learned while building businesses: “Investing in the right people and trusting the people you’re hiring is how businesses grow.” For many founders, letting go feels uncomfortable. We worry no one will care as much as we do. We hold onto tasks because we think we’re the only ones who can do them properly. But as Adele explains, growth often begins when founders stop trying to do everything and start building the right team around them. What’s one task you’ve struggled to delegate in your business? 🎙️ Episode #74: Building Brands, Community, and Scaling Fashion Businesses with Adele Tetangco is now live.
