It’s a classic photography heartbreak: you nailed the lighting and the pose, but there’s a literal tree branch growing out of your subject’s head. 🌳📸
Background clutter is the silent killer of great shots. If you want your subject to actually "pop," you have to be just as obsessed with the background as you are with the foreground.

The "Clutter" Checklist:
* The Head-Sprout (Mergers): Watch out for poles, signs, or trees positioned directly behind your subject.
* The Bright Spot: High-contrast light or deep shadows that steal the spotlight.
* The Text Trap: If there’s a sign in the back, people will read it instead of looking at you.
* The Exit Ramp: Avoid lines (like fences or roads) that lead the eye out of the frame instead of toward the subject.
Pro-Tip: Sometimes all it takes is a half-step to the left to turn a messy snapshot into a professional portrait.

Stop shooting everything at eye level. 📸

If you want your shots to look like professional captures rather than basic snapshots, you have to master two things:

Creative Angles and Manual Mode.

Quick Snap Tips:
⚡ Low Angles: Keep Shutter Speed high (1/500s+) to avoid shake while crouching.
🌿 Foreground Framing: Switch to Manual Focus so your lens doesn't hunt the leaves instead of the car.
🏎️ The Tilt: Drop to 1/40s shutter speed for that perfect motion blur.
Check the slide for the full breakdown! 🛠️

Exposure Triangle Cheat Sheet - A quick guide to Aperture, Shutter Speed, and ISO.

Aperture (f/stop)

Controls how much light enters the lens - Lower f-stop (f/1.8) = More light, blurry background (shallow depth of field)

Higher f-stop (f/11, f/16) = Less light, more in focus (deep depth of field)

Shutter Speed

Controls how long the sensor is exposed to light

Fast (1/1000s) = Freezes motion (sports, action)

- Slow (1/30s, 1s) = Motion blur (light trails, long exposure)

ISO

Adjusts camera sensor sensitivity

- Low (ISO 100-400) = Crisp images, less noise

High (ISO 1600-6400) = More light in dark conditions, but more noise

Putting It Together: Balancing these three settings creates a perfect exposure. Experiment and adjust.
