Road to MONARCH BOXING CLUB ⚜️

A small recap of the Victorian Championships 🥊

We achieved incredible success without even having our own gym. Imagine what we can achieve now that Monarch Boxing Club is becoming a reality.

Next year? We’re coming to take over.

We set high standards, we chase greatness, and we never stop pushing forward. Because success isn’t built overnight it’s built through hard work, consistency, and the hunger to be better every single day.

This is only the beginning. Monarch is coming.

Legs and hips feeling it?

Maybe you raced recently. Marathon, half, 10 km or your first 5 km, great work 👏🏼 The stairs might not be your friend for a few days!

Maybe you didn’t race at all and it’s that tight hip or grumpy glute you’ve been putting up with for months. The one that’s now bothering your lower back or your knee. The one you carried over the finish line, through a training block or just through a long week on your feet.

A good massage or targeted hands-on treatment can help take the edge off and get you moving more easily again. With a proper assessment of how you’re moving, tailored treatment and strength work where it will help you keep progressing.

Nearly 20 years of doing this, from Olympic athletes to weekend warriors. The goal is always the same: to help you move better, feel stronger and keep doing what you love.

The gym is still being built. The training never stopped.

Our core members have kept working the whole way through, Alex among them.

Every session, every detail gets corrected: the shoulder, the foot placement, the jab, the cross.

They take their boxing seriously, and so do we. This is what elite boxing should be about.

Boxing Victoria Championships .

A great result for the team , and we achieved it without even having a gym of our own.

This is only the beginning. We’ve built a strong team, developed great fighters and created something special without having a home to call our own.

Now, with Monarch Boxing Club opening its doors, we have the foundation to take everything to another level.

So much more to come. This is just the beginning.
