My oh my… September was honestly one of the busiest months of my life! 🥹🤍

I’m so incredibly grateful for every single Bride who trusted me to be part of her special day this month. Thank you for keeping me SO busy and allowing me to do what I love 🫶🏼

A little September recap…

2–4: Working with a beautiful bridal squad at @theprinceakatokilondon and can we talk about the September sunrises?! Absolutely stunning/ Also had the pleasure of assisting @hayleyjessica_artistry at @baddowparkhouse 🫶🏼
5–10: Straight after assisting Hayley, I jumped on a flight to Warsaw, Poland, for an incredible masterclass with @doktormakeup . I met so many lovely people, learnt so much and came home feeling inspired. It genuinely made me rethink parts of my business in the best possible way.
11: Just a very, very tired girlie.
12: A beautiful bridesmaid look created while assisting @francescapmakeup 🤍
13: A wedding I’ll remember for a very long time. So many beautiful emotions and such a special day to be part of.
14: My stunning Bride who trusted me with both her hair AND make-up! Still so grateful.
15: Somehow, amongst all the craziness, I also managed to squeeze in a 1:1 Hair Masterclass with @francescabridalhair and I absolutely loved it!
16: Another beautiful September Bride 🫶🏼
17–18: Our 3rd Wedding Anniversary! 🤍 We couldn’t travel away like we usually do, so we celebrated at Babington House instead… and now my only question is: can I please move there?
19: I was invited to a beautiful @lancomeofficial event and bumped into @megancartermakeup and @sheri_louisebridal 🫶🏼
20: And of course, it wouldn’t be a proper month without working with @snapsbymags too! 🤍

September, you were BUSY but so, so special. My heart is very full 🥹🤍

Capturing the essence in a photoshoot.
Thank you Mags @snapsbymags for seeing beyond the pose and capturing something real ✨❤️
And thank you @heartistry__ for the beautiful makeup and for making me feel even more connected to the feminine energy of this shoot ❤️✨

“Sometimes I feel like nature gives us permission to breathe again…
As if our spirit, so often cramped by noise, pressure and constant becoming, finally remembers how to expand.

For me, dance does the same.
Shameless Dance is not performance.
It’s the moment the body stops trying to be something… and simply becomes alive again.”

The taboo topic nobody talks about enough… the pressure to lose weight before your wedding day 💍

From “bridal bootcamps” to unrealistic expectations on social media, so many brides feel pressure to change themselves before walking down the aisle. But should your wedding journey really be about shrinking yourself to fit into a dress - or celebrating the person your partner already loves exactly as you are? 🤍

The girls open up honestly about their own personal experiences with wedding weight loss pressure, body confidence, dress shopping anxiety, and the expectations that can come with being a bride-to-be.

This conversation is real, emotional, empowering, and one that we know so many engaged couples will relate to. Because your wedding day should never be about achieving perfection - it should be about feeling happy, confident, comfortable, and truly yourself ✨

To every bride currently planning her wedding: you do not need to change who you are to deserve the wedding of your dreams.

We’d love to know your thoughts… have you ever felt pressure to look a certain way for your wedding day? 👇
