welcome to the universe of my mind

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We just wrapped an incredible 3- day conference in beautiful Savannah, Georgia, and we’re kicking off our behind-the-scenes recap with one of our favorite moments… registration!

First impressions matter, so we made every detail count:
💌 Handwritten “Welcome to Savannah” postcards from every board member for a personal touch
🛋️ Branded pillows, banners, and décor to transform the registration space
🎟️ Elevated custom name badges paired with matching branded tote bags featuring items from our amazing sponsors
⭐ A sponsor recognition display celebrating the organizations that made this event possible
🔑 Custom hotel key card holders with a QR code to the conference app—making it easy for guests to jump right in

And of course, our team couldn’t wait to welcome everyone! There’s nothing better than seeing months of planning come to life as attendees walk through the doors and we get to check them in with a smile. 🧡

Stay tuned as we take you through all three days of this unforgettable event!

movement has been the greatest source of joy, strength and connection in my life.
not just physical, never just physical.
it’s the thing that holds your hand,
that shows up no matter what is going on.
the moment you start moving,
everything fades away.

that’s the magic of it,
the way it is always there.
anchoring, grounding, transmuting.

KAIA is my love letter to that.
to movement, and the ritual around it.
to the mind-body connection that creates
joy and strength in ways nothing else can.

for everyone who has found their way back to themselves through movement,
for everyone who moves,
and for everyone who is learning to

welcome to the world of KAIA
where movement is medicine.
