POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Happy beginning to our tenth year together, Elsie (@snatched_potato)! I hope this year is filled with ALL the adventures!

I held off on making this post because I wanted to get all the photos from the fun dates and moments we were going to have in Washington but now we are back in Colorado!

Thank you for giving me the honor of witnessing you in all your humanity. You’re a wonderful and divine human being, and it’s a privilege to walk this earth with you. I’m so proud of us for surviving this world and ourselves the way we have. You inspire so much of the conviction within me to grow into a more capable person. The person I am today would not exist without you, and I’m overjoyed those feelings have been reciprocal. If anything has taught me that the indomitable human spirit is real, it has certainly been the struggle and growth we continue to go through.

I also want to say thank you to the wonderful friends and family who have been there while we have cultivated this relationship. Reconnecting with everyone in Washington during this celebratory time was a reminder to us of how deep our impact and devotion to community have been. It gave us even more to celebrate! 💕

The most I’ve ever cleaned 130+kg in one day, PR in volume 💪

My garage gym is still such a dream to lift in; especially with company like @snatched_potato and @john_stang1996

I always find it so awkward trying to promote my personal practice. The more I try, the easier it is to put out content. It helps immensely being inspired by other practitioners.

Today I was inspired by @i.quinnmassage

Anywho, if you are interested in a massage book with me, link in bio. Deep tissue, lymphatic and trauma informed ❤️💆🏻‍♀️🪷

Solidarity with the General Strike. May we always continue to build our capacity and effectiveness to resist.

Best spotify alternatives???
With family plan options???

I switched to Qobuz and then Tidal because Tidal has a larger catalogue. I hope to see Qobuz grow because their ethical practices seem more “sound” overall

PR Double with new shoes from @halteromarket!

For those that don’t already know.. I collect vintage weightlifting shoes and two shoes I’ve had a hard time securing are the 1979 Adidas Specials and 1998 Adidas Power Perfects.

That is the case no longer!
