35 years today. 🥹

I’ve been thinking a lot about a question a friend asked me recently. How do we balance adulthood while holding onto childlike wonder?

Maybe I don’t have the answer yet, but I think I’m starting to understand that growing up doesn’t mean losing the part of yourself that is curious, playful, and full of awe. Maybe the goal isn’t to become someone who has it all figured out, but someone who never stops exploring.

When I looked back through photos from this past year, I tried to find the moments that defined me. The places I went, the adventures I chased, the things I experienced.

But almost every photo I stopped on had the same theme.

People.

The greatest gifts weren’t just the mountains climbed, the miles traveled, or the memories made. It was who I got to share them with. The people who laughed with me, challenged me, loved me, prayed with me, and reminded me who I am.

I am because of the people who have walked alongside me.

This year has been full of growth, joy, grief, lessons, and so much beauty. I’m incredibly grateful for all of it.

35 feels less like arriving at a destination and more like another mile marker on the journey.

Still learning. Still growing. Still searching.

And maybe that’s the point of life. Not to find all the answers, but to keep walking with an open heart and wonder for the road ahead. ❤️

It’s been 10 days since we made it from Santa Monica to Vegas, and I still can’t stop thinking about this last TSP experience.

I didn’t want to rush putting words to it. Something deeper happened out there, something healing, and I needed time to sit with it.

Running 300+ miles with a mix of close friends and people who became family along the way was something I didn’t know I needed. It reminded me how essential community is, and the power it has to transform, restore, and carry us through this thing we call life.

TSP has a way of compressing the full human experience into a short window of time. Joy, confidence, frustration, doubt, fear, anxiety, you feel it all. And somehow, you come out on the other side more connected, more open, more human.

What stayed with me most was the way everyone showed up for each other. Through service, sacrifice, and presence. No ego, just people giving what they had for the person next to them.

I had this moment with my squad and crew during powerline that really hit me. One of the safest people I know navigating every leg with confidence, making sure we were exactly where we needed to be. Another incredible human keeping us fueled and supported at every turn. And the runners… showing up for each other fully, pushing, encouraging, and giving everything they had, not just for themselves, but for the team.

We carried each other.

There’s so much more I could say, but I just want to say thank you. To every runner, every crew member, the media team, and our fearless leader Dom. Thank you for an unforgettable experience @sundayrundayla @sndyslct.

I truly love and appreciate you all. And thank you for the healing I didn’t even know I needed.
