Unpopular opinion but 2025 was one of the best years of my life. Besides Bonnaroo getting cancelled, even the bad things turned out to be good! I lost my job and it was one of the best things that has happened to me, I saw ALLLLLL of my favorite bands, including my boi Tame with the love of my life @kenggilicious , Parcels 3 times, even Destroyer I got a pic with. Hands down best year for music!!! I went to LA, Berlin, Brighton, Chicago, Nashville, Kansas City and Louisville. Reunited with my homie @talk2_frank who I haven’t seen in 6 years! So many things happened that were NOT on my bingo card of life that just really strengthened my belief in the universes divine wisdom. No major loss or heartbreak, I have my health and the health of my family and loved ones, and above all I didn’t have to work for half of the year and actually had time to reset, build new habits and pursue things that brought me joy. No way will next year be as good as this one but things are looking up! Also got to spend so much time with the other love of my life, my GPL (gods perfect lizard) Elio. Had my one and only golden birthday 30 on June 30th in the best, most ME vintage treasure of all time. I got sober once again and just accepted it’s a permanent lifestyle for me. I love my friends. I love St. Louis. I love live music. I had it all this year even when things seemed dark. All of the growth and work I’ve put in for years is paying off. God bless!!! Thanks to anyone who brought joy and light into 2025!!! I hope you do the same and vice versa next year!!!

Day 7: family who support you. There are so many people in our lives that support our little family. Without these people I don’t know what I’d do. There are days when I need breaks and I could call any one of these people and they would help me out. I love you all and thanks for going on this journey with my little family. #thediabeticjourney @thediabeticjourney

Missed pride this year due to matthew’s birthday fun, but my wonderfully amazing daughter got me a new pin. I will be her ally every day and help her fight to be able to be with who she loves.

Just wanted to take the time to make it Facebook official and wish this YOUNG LADY a very very Happy 15th Birthday. I've watched you grow into an amazing young lady. The love you have for your brothers is absolutely amazing. I couldn't ask for a better older sibling for my kids to look up to. Thank you for letting me be a part of your life the last 15 years and I can't wait to see where you go in life. I know it will be somewhere wonderful.

Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. Egg hunt, carnival, and another egg hunt with these hooligans.
