Do small businesses need cleaner and safer environments to prevent displacement?
Or do we need rent increases to be fair? And do we need protection for small businesses? 🤔 what do small businesses think? Are small businesses being displaced by greedy corporations and Landlords or is that they just need cleaner safer environments. WTF is Ugarte talking about 🤷‍♂️ asking the chambers of commerce instead of small businesses

Sherman oaks LANDLORD is displacing 20 small businesses in the Sherman oaks square that had been there serving their community for over 25 years some even for 35 years. They are all LEGACY BUSINESSES some have left others want to fight.
Join us this upcoming Sherman oaks neighborhood council meeting where the landlord will explain what they will do once they displace the small businesses. I will find out the date . PLEASE SHOW UP . IT BREAKS MY HEART TO SEE THIS AND TO SEE THAT OUR REPRESENTATIVES DONT REACH OUT TO THEM 😤
