A few of my favorites from my favorite day.🤍🖤
4.20.24
I will never get tired of looking at our wedding photos. Finally going through allllll of our wedding pics and it brings me right back to that day. The greatest love I’ve ever known. I remember trying to “slow down” and “soak it all in” and I think I did a great job at that cause I can still feel it.
After a month of dating I knew we would do all of this and do it right…with admiration and understanding for each other, love and respect always. And lots of laughs in between. But as I sit back and think about it all, all I can say is I’m so happy our paths crossed and that I’ll love you forever. XO

108 sun salutations🌞🧘‍♀️
“You are stronger than you think you are”💓
I hear my teacher @high_vibration_living say it all the time but today, I felt it💪🏼 I just kept repeating it in my head through out the whole practice and I’m not gonna lie, about half way through I wanted to just take child’s pose and rest; surrender, but I didn’t. (I promised myself I would try my best to do all 108 with out modifying😬) I kept going, I surrendered to the process in a different way and stayed focused on my breath and I eventually found a state of ease and even a sense of flow✨
So cool to see over 150 people come together to move, all showing up for their own reasons, shedding old energy, setting new intentions for 2020 and sweating through it together. We did it! 🤜🏼🤛🏼

✨I literally have no words for all the feelings I’m having at this moment....💓GRATEFUL would probably be the closest I could get to describing it.🙏🏼 As I just led 14 yogis through my first yoga class in a beautiful studio @_just26 and I’m in total AWE..#AllTheFeels 💕seeing all of them flow and move to their own breath was so moving..It was honestly, incredible. I have so much love for each and every one of you. Thanks soo much for showing up on your mat today and sharing your practice with me. I am so so so thankful🙏🏼 I will never forget this day or this feeling😊 #Yoga #Namaste #YogaIsForEveryBody #GratefulHeart #Just26 ALSO Can’t thank anyone more than my gurlllllll @high_vibration_living for the inspiration and guidance🙏🏼💕😘
