Snot at a show in circa 1997 — taken by Reddit user r/thedeezul

“Snot was playing this show at a club. I was supposed to be on their guest list with a +1, but, as would happen occasionally, my name wasn’t there. My friend and I were pretty bummed out and were trying to figure out what to do when I looked down the alley and saw Lynn talking to a couple people. I went up to him and started to explain to him that I was on the street team and how my name wasn’t on the list, but before I could finish talking he just lit up and said ‘You’re on our street team?!?’ and then just gave me a huge hug. He was the most grateful artist I had ever promoted for. When I finally got to telling him about not being on the guest list, he said ‘What? Come with me.’ He then walked my friend and I not only into the club but right up to the dead center front of the stage. Before Snot went on, each member of the band at some point came out real quick to shake our hands and thank us for promoting. They then came out and proceeded to play one of the most energetic sets I had ever seen. You can see his elbow bleeding, I think from a stage dive.”
