ROAD TRIP Pt 1: Last week I drove to New London, Connecticut for my nephew’s high school graduation from @the.williams.school . It’s a small private school on the @conncollege campus. I enjoyed 2 very nice ceremonies and a wonderful tour of the school hosted by my two nephews. Afterwards, my younger nephew, Felix, and I went on a bike ride through New London to @michaelsdairyatmitchell . We found some cool rock formations and I pushed my brother’s 20-year old mountain bike to its limits, and gave Felix a short MTB lesson on bike/body separation. Very fun ride and loved exploring their small coastal town.

Of course, I couldn’t drive that far without my mountain bikes! Up next… I explore trails in Connecticut and go downhilling in Bryce Mountain, VA and Snowshoe, WV.

Thanks to my parents for taking me to an early birthday meal at Min-Ga Korean Restaurant. @mingakorean (I turn 51 this week.) This was my first visit and I highly recommend. I wish I had a pic of the delicious banchan that was laid out before us. It was impressive with lots of different appetizers to taste. My entree was the squid bokum stir fry. So delicious. I hope to go back soon.

Happy Father’s Day from the Knott Boys. Lucky to have a cool dad that taught me how to raise two boys.

Happy 71st birthday to my dad! He loves gardening, art & low cost adventures. He’s an honest and hard-working guy with a heart of gold. And he’s always set a good example for how to be a loving father to two boys. Now if I could only get him to mountain bike with me he’d be perfect. We enjoyed steaks on the grill and a low key birthday meal to let him know we love him. Fun night!

Celebrating my parent’s 50th Wedding Anniversary with their first-ever Korean dinner - bulgogi, kim chi, squid, dumplings, etc - in State College, PA. Tomorrow, my brother Greg and his family meet us for a dinner at a historic local restaurant. @hublersburginn Can’t believe it’s been 50 years (…and I’ve been here for 49 of them.) We’re lucky to have young fun parents/grandparents!
