Awesome day at Bloomberg with @bmlpr client Joe Hession, CEO of @snowcloudtech

Joe, and Doug Pierini, CEO of the legendary Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, discussed the legendary technology behind SnowCloud and how it’s being leveraged to level up the guest experience in a way that wasn’t possible before with the legacy on-prem software and systems that were in place.

Here’s a short snippet of the chat - to watch the whole interview peep the story!

🚨Major career milestone!🚨
Earning the trust of @jacksonhole, one of the most legendary and iconic mountain destinations in the world, is a defining moment for our team at @snowcloudtech.

The standard for guest experience and operations at JHMR is as high as it gets. This milestone isn’t just about one resort coming on board, it’s a clear, accelerated signal of where the entire industry is heading.

Resorts are moving away from fragmented, legacy systems (the old ‘Jenga towers’) and toward modern, cloud-based platforms that actually connect the guest experience end-to-end. Faster, more flexible, and built for how people expect to engage today.

We’re incredibly proud to be working side-by-side with the JHMR team to simplify their operations, reduce friction, and help ensure their guests spend less time managing details and more time having their best day on the mountain.

Introducing @snowtripleplay, a new multi-resort product from SNOW Partners. I’m proud to have helped bring this to life along side @hrocker, @davebelin11, @damnit_annjanet and @jbhath. From day one our mission was to get more people skiing / riding in the most affordable way possible with the best technology available - spoiler alert, it’s backed by @snowcloudtech. It launches on September 1, and the first 1,000 customers can score it for $169.99!
