Had the pleasure of shooting the most stunning mom-to-be. We went minimal and soft for the look & feel. I love how these came out.

My heart so FULLLLL🥹🤍 my 1st class since 23' in the DMV & at @kennedycenter oh em GEE! & baybeee yall did not disappoint. It felt so good to share my new flow w/ my city! my COMMUNITY😏 reminder: Yoga is for EVERYONE!

I heard some of yall hips still feeling a lil spicy since Saturday 👀

These are some of my fav stills from Saturday's Unwind & Release session (there were so many to choose from!)... 😫

To @taraaura , Thank You for curating this space for us to come together & share something so beautiful w/ everyone! You know I luh you long time!

To @yogasihnuu , you have been so pivotal in my yoga career since the start. To be able to co-lead an event w/ you was literally full circle & we haven't done this since 2018 I think! Thank You for always being a guide & leader in the wellness space! Luh you!!

I am so excited to bring more wellness opportunities to the area this year!

But quick question, should we run it BYKE👀😆 someone get @taraaura on the line! Lol

Full recap coming!!

✨B R I D E - S N A T C H E R✨
Engagement season is upon us! This is the time of year where my bride to be’s really lock in and start preparing for their big day. Everyone knows, I LOVE a bride 🤭.

I’ve been blessed to prep over 60 women for their wedding day and now it’s time to get my 2025-2026 brides in formation! Are you getting married next year and ready to reach your body goals? Let me get you ready sis!

One thing I really emphasize during wedding prep is the importance of training upper body. The shoulders and back MUST give if you’re a Her Flex Hottie getting married 😍. Share this post with any of your girls that might be engaged, it’s time to lock in!
