Every purchase we make is a choice, and every choice is a vote for the kind of world we want to live in. We use our voices every single day, not just with the words we speak, but with the businesses we support, the brands we trust, and the companies we choose to stand behind.

This is one of those moments where your everyday choices can mean something bigger. SoapBox has stood with Urban Light for years, and I'm so proud to share their new hair fragrance launch with all of you. When you support companies that show up for causes like ours, you're helping make room for survivors to heal.

At Urban Light, survivors always come first. Our care is trauma-informed, rooted in dignity, and built on trust. And we never, ever turn away a boy or young man who needs support and resources. Not once. That promise is only possible because of people like you.

So treat yourself, shop with intention, and remember that the brands you choose can be part of someone's healing. Let's keep using our voices for good. 💛 - Alezandra, Founder

@soapbox Hair Fragrance Mist is officially my new obsession 🤍 Just a few sprays and my hair smells SO good all day, and I love that it’s the perfect finishing touch to my hair routine.

I also love the Soapbox Blowout Brilliance Gloss-Boosting Heat Protectant Spray! It doesn’t just help protect my hair from heat damage, it also adds shine and gives my hair that glossy, fresh-from-the-salon look. ✨

You can grab both at @sallybeauty, in-store and online! 🛍️

Looking put together and actually taking care of yourself are two very different things!

Life has been LIFE-ING lately, and somewhere between all the responsibilities, changes, and trying to keep everything moving, I realized how many little things I’d been neglecting.

So I’m getting back to me. Not through some dramatic transformation, but by rebuilding the routines that make me feel good, inside and out.

And apparently, that journey starts with this natural hair every single time. 😂 I will be consistent with taking better care of my hair going forward.

Can anybody else relate? What’s the first thing you tend to neglect when life gets overwhelming?

Icons on the runway!

We can’t stop thinking about our annual gala 😍
It was so special to gather and celebrate together. Can you believe we raised 120k for the shelter?! We couldn’t possibly do it without the support of our incredible community and sponsors.
Thank you all ❤️🙏

One purchase, one bar of soap given.

Soapbox @soapbox puts its giving in one countable line: "Every Soapbox purchase donates a bar of soap to someone in need."

Why it works: a share of profits is hard to picture. One bar for one purchase is something a shopper can see, and repeat.

Worth copying: give in units your customer can picture, tied to a single purchase.

Send this to whoever runs your impact program.
