It has been a Bigger Things month with a lot more to come 🕯️🌀 ⭐️
It’s been a great start to my journey in artist development & creative strategy with Carolina Diego.
I call myself an army Swiss knife bc I’m learning and dabbling not only in artist development & creative strategy, but also in bookings & PR.

a few little pieces of how Bigger Things became Bigger Things :’)

it feels so weird writing this because this song has been mine for such a long time. i wrote it in my bedroom when i was 22, feeling very lost and very unsure about pretty much everything, especially music

i have approximately 1000 sad songs i could’ve chosen as my first release haha but there was something really important to me about starting with this one. it came from a lot of my own insecurities and all the things i was questioning at the time, but somehow i still wrote it from a hopeful place. i think i needed to remind myself that not having everything figured out didn’t mean there weren’t bigger things ahead

and i’m really glad this is the first little piece of me you get to hear <3

i’m so grateful to @alexlikestodrum for producing this record with me and for all the time, care and work that went into bringing it to life, to @__diogobrandao__ and @andretavares84 for everything they brought to it too. there are so many tiny decisions and so many people behind the three-ish minutes you eventually get to hear and i feel very lucky that this song got to pass through all their hands

and obviously to everyone who helped me make the video (@sobraldvd & @joanarcesar i’ve got no words for how amazing u are) and somehow agreed to spend a day running around london and the northern line with me hahaha. i genuinely couldn’t have asked for better people to bring this little world to life with

and thank you to everyone who has listened, shared, messaged me, come to a show or just been excited about this with me. seeing people care about something that lived in my head for so long is very very special

anyway!!! enough feelings from me

Bigger Things is out everywhere 😭

O cantor e músico toca acordeão e reforça mais ainda a ligação do tema à tradição musical do sul do país.

Filmado com uma equipa algarvia e realizado por David Sobral, o videoclipe da canção conta com a participação de bailarinos de folclore e de Moçê dum Cabréste, um projeto criado pelo humorista algarvio Dário Guerreiro.

@jxniorjr_ & his band completely winning the crowd with a vibrant performance 🎷

keep an eye out for Junior JR, he’s a definitely a star in the making ⭐️

@gabriellasvoicex had her first performance with Taboos, so talented and a pleasure to have her with us 🫧

@deidoboy travelled to London specifically for this event, and he delivered. The energy was unmatched, and it was a pleasure having him and all the other musicians who performed on our stage 🎸

it was great seeing all the artists @deidoboy @jetflymultz @instavxmp connecting and on stage together 🕺🏻🕺🏻

@instavxmp and @jetflymultz definitely know how to work a crowd.

another successful @taboos.events event in collaboration with @thebeat1036fm and the best host & interviewer @meganelkan 🫂

i take my weekend plans very seriously; don’t invite me for anything. i need to watch Practical Magic 2 and also mentally prepare for my dentist appointment.
