Right, who’s still open and when? 🍽️

As Abersoch slips into its lovely autumn pace, our restaurants and bars start changing their opening days and hours a little.

So I’ve been out and about around the village getting the lowdown for all my lovely guests and I thought you might find it handy too.

We really are spoilt with some fabulous places to eat and drink in Abersoch, and plenty are still very much open for business.

Here’s your little autumn round-up of where’s open, when… 🍽️

Save this one…..you’ll thank me when you’re hungry. 🤎

Some places you visit.
Some places become part of you.

For us, that place is Abersoch.

It isn’t about trends.
It isn’t even about holidays.
It’s about belonging.
The places we love become part of who we are — through memories, traditions, time spent together and the generations that come after us.

That’s what AbersochDNA is all about.

A little corner of North Wales that somehow finds its way into your story… and stays there.

So, if Abersoch is part of your story too, we’d love you to be part of ours.

👇 FOLLOW @abersochdna see our website www.AbersochDNA.com

And tell us…

When did Abersoch first become part of your story?

19??
Last summer?
Your first holiday?
Your grandparents?
Your kids?
Or perhaps you haven’t been yet?

There’s no right answer.

Just a place.
A memory.
A connection.

Made of Memory. Part of You for Life.

There’s been a bit of noise about AbersochDNA Founders ’55…

The seagulls seem to always know the rumours before anyone else!!

Abersoch has been part of her family for generations — and now she’s helping create those memories with the next one.

Because sometimes a place becomes more than somewhere you go.
It becomes part of your family.

Welcome to Founders ’55,

Kate & her family ❤️

55 places.
That’s it. Forever.

THREE

Some mornings just feel like the beginning of something.
This one felt like that.

As the morning broke across St Tudwal’s Islands, the clouds began to clear and the light came through.

it felt like the right moment to introduce three people who have just become an important part of the next chapter of AbersochDNA.

Helen & Steve Hughes — 1956
Our very first customers that were there at start when most didn’t know what we were about. 🫶

Josie Read — 2010
A third-generation Abersoch teenager, with the vision and enthusiasm to want to help carry that connection forward.
Her family have been coming to Abersoch since 1976.
Josie found AbersochDNA, read our story and reached out because she wanted to be part of it. ✨

The Read Family — 1976
Four generations who love Abersoch.
Lucy found our story, connected with what we’re trying to do and wanted to support a small business that loves this place as much as she does.

THREE people.

THREE stories.

ONE place.

ONE DNA - AbersochDNA

Today, we are incredibly proud to welcome them into Founders ’55. 🫶

This isn’t just about being one of the first.
It’s about being part of what comes next.
The journey continues.

Please feel free to welcome them and head to the website and see them firmly placed on the Founder’55 Wall

THREE

Standing on the beach at Llanbedrog Head
Weathered by time.
Still standing.

A reminder that some things become part of the story of a place and remain long after the moment they were created.

And now, three more people are becoming part of ours.

One was first. 🫶

One represents the next generation.

And one discovered our story and found that it already felt familiar.

Three people.
Three stories.
One journey ahead.

Tomorrow, you’ll meet them.
Founders ‘55

The journey continues.

SUMMER COMES AND GOES.

The cars leave.
The beaches get quieter.
The memories get talked about a little more.

And slowly…
we all start counting.

Counting the weeks.
Counting the days.
Until the drive back.
The first glimpse of the sea.
The familiar faces.
The places that somehow never feel like just places.

Summer may be over.
But we’re still here.

And if Abersoch is part of you…
we know you’re already counting the days until you return.
