Love, the Lake Como way. 🤍

Some love stories are written in grand gestures.

Others are written in laughter that echoes across the water, stolen kisses between boat rides, and the kind of quiet moments that become the ones you remember forever.

This afternoon on Lake Como felt like stepping into an old romance—where time slowed down, the mountains stood still, and two people simply enjoyed being together.

The most beautiful photographs aren’t just about the destination. They’re about preserving the feeling of a moment you’ll never get back.

If your love story includes a little adventure, a little spontaneity, and a whole lot of joy… count me in every single time.

Some details never fade from fashion.

After sharing the beautiful 1760 portrait by François Boucher, I couldn’t help but think of this bridal look.

The soft ribbon tied at the neck feels like a modern interpretation of the delicate bow choker seen in the painting. More than 260 years apart, yet connected by the same love of feminine details, romance, and elegance.

It’s a beautiful reminder that inspiration can come from the most unexpected places. Sometimes from a bridal boutique, and sometimes from a painting hanging in a museum.

Some details are simply timeless.

Nearly a year ago, two wedding gowns packed their bags and headed off to Paris.

The photographs that followed captured everything I had imagined and more. It was one of those moments that reminded me just how far a dream can travel.

A whole year later, those images still make me smile.

And with another Paris shoot just around the corner, it’s almost time for the dresses to return to the City of Love.

The front may steal the first glance… but the back is what leaves the lasting memory.

That moment when you walk down the aisle, the train drifting behind you, every delicate detail at the back of your gown suddenly matters just as much.

Buttons, lace, soft draping, an open back… every detail deserves to feel just as breathtaking as the front.

Paris, but the kind that feels borrowed from a dream ☁️✨
From the Eiffel Tower to the Louvre, this bridal editorial felt like stepping into a romance film—soft morning light, delicate florals, sweeping tulle, and the kind of timeless elegance only Paris seems to do so effortlessly. 🤍🇫🇷

Je t’envoie mon amour de Paris

I send my love to you from Paris

Paris is a love story just waiting to be written and reminisced about. It’s a love hidden in a small cafe between two souls meeting and speaking a language only they understand. It’s the crowds of people all around you and yet it feels like just the two of you. It is a moment that cannot be recreated once it is gone. So let me help you remember… that magical day in Paris, so that the memories last a lifetime.

Amazing vendor team that made this all possible:

“Happiness is the secret to all beauty. There is no beauty without happiness.”
― Christian Dior

True beauty begins the moment you stop trying to become someone else and start embracing the woman you already are.

Your natural colouring, your body shape, your softness, your features… they were never flaws to hide. They are part of your unique beauty. And when you learn how to work with them instead of against them, confidence begins to radiate naturally.

That is why we love combining image consulting with the bridal design process. Discovering the colours, silhouettes and details that truly flatter you helps us design a gown that feels beautifully authentic to you.

Lake Como feels like a love letter to slow living.

The kind of place where beauty is found in stillness. In sun hats, long lunches, beautiful gardens and timeless bridal gowns moving softly beside the water.

Lake Como has a way of making life feel softer, slower and more intentional. A place where romance isn’t rushed and elegance feels effortless.

Maybe true luxury is not having more, but taking the time to truly enjoy what is already beautiful around you.
